Refunds & Returns Policy

Summary

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for physical products and 10 days for courses and e-products.
  • If these time periods have passed since your purchase, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
  • Refund of a course requires that you have fully participated in and completed the course.

Courses & Workshops

We want you to be satisfied with your course/workshop, and ensure Inside A Bold Mind is protected from fraud or misuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • You can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the course/workshop start date after which you can request a 50% refund prior to the course commencing.
  • A refund prior to course start date will be denied if you have already accessed course content.
  • If you have fully participated in the course/workshop and completed all activities, and not satisfied with the outcomes then you can request a refund up to 10 days after the course completion.

Full participation is ultimately determined by the instructor and likely includes:

  • Attending sessions.
  • Fully completing all activities.
  • Fully contributing to lessons.
  • Completing peer feedback expectations.
  • Responding to all engagement from the instructor (ex. check-ins, requests for feedback, etc.)

If we receive a request for refund you will be required to complete a feedback form offering constructive input into how we can improve the course/workshop.  We will then evaluate your feedback and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Products

  • You are required to return a product in full and in original purchase condition to receive a refund. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the live chat button on this website or reply to your purchase confirmation email.

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via live chat or reply to your order confirmation email.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, contact us via the live chat button or reply to your order confirmation email and we will provide the correct delivery address details.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
